No, it's better than that. You can use your license on as many computers as you own. It's the same as the new license scheme for zMUD. It's not the old eLicense system that was limited to 3 computers.
The catch is that your license key is stored in our online store, and when you need your key (like if you reinstall Windows), then you must log into the store to retrieve your key. Each key is only valid for a 7-day installation interval, so you can't just post the key to the Internet. But once installed, the key will continue to work forever (or until you reformat your hard disk) at which time you just get another unique key for free from the online store.
Hopefully this prevents sharing keys because you wouldn't want to give someone else the login information for your key. Someone else who can log into your account could change the login information to prevent you from retrieving your own keys. Also, there are limits on how often a key can be retrieved from the store.

Request a key, use the same key at both houses within 7 days. Bam, they both work.
