Built in hotkeys |
Is there any way to disable or change the built-in hotkeys in Zmud 7.21?
I am getting quite sick of hitting ctrl-d (record an alias) by accident when I mean to hit ctrl-s (speedwalks).
I'd like to change ctrl-d to also open the speedwalks if it is possible, since I seem to hit that almost as often as ctrl-s, and I enter all aliases manually on the command line. At the very least, I'd like to disable ctrl-d since the record alias window that pops up cannot be closed by hitting esc. |

There's a setting in Preferences called Macros override menu shortcuts or something similar. Check that and you can then make macros for CTRL-D and other shortcuts that will actually work instead of being ignored.

You could even write a macro to do the same thing as Ctrl+S when you press Ctrl+D, just to be on the safe side ;)

Thank you very much...worked to disable ctrl-d
How do you set a macro to open a menu item though? (to set ctrl-d to do the same as ctrl-s) |
