Triggers that stop working

Periodically over the years I've had triggers either stop working, or start firing twice. Restarting zmud, or occasionally a full computer reboot, has always done the trick to fix them.
Recently though the problem has become much worse. Extremely simple pattern recognition triggers have stopped working for no apparent reason... using the show triggers parsing option shows that they aren't even properly pattern matching.
Anyone have any ideas what can cause this? |
