[1.22] Cmd Line Focus |
Ok, this is not exactly critical, but when cMud get focus through the closing of another program, the command line does not get focus but the enter key still sends the last command. This has caused me to send repeat commands on a few occaisions.

What other windows do you have open in CMUD? It works fine in my copy here, but if you have the Package Editor open, or something like that, then Windows is probably restoring the keyboard focus to the last window that had focus in CMUD before you switched windows.

I see strange focus issues in CMUD, and it varies with the windows I have open and what I'm doing at the time. For example, when I have the editor window open and docked on the side, opening a file in the editor causes focus to then be transferred back to my session window and its command line. I understand the reasoning, but I was working offline and not even using my session window, so I would've preferred the focus to stay with the editor window unless I clicked the session window to test the scripts I was working on.
It's got to be tough to keep the window focus consistent and have it make sense to a majority of users. :) |
