[1.14] List of packages enabled for the window

I had been experiencing the problem where every time I opened my session I would have to go to the settings editor and under the session window recheck "enabled" for all of the packages in the list (including the default packages).

I saw in the Version History that the problem had been fixed, so I upgraded to 1.14.

I opened my session offline, like usual, went to the settings editor and under the session window rechecked "enabled" for all of the packages listed for the window. I clicked save changes, closed the settings editor, and then the session.

Lastly, I went to reopen the session offline again to verify that the packages for the session window settings would still be enabled - however it now instantly crashes cmud when attempting to open the session.

To test further, I then created a new session, opened it offline and added my .pkg files to the session window, made sure they were all enabled, saved and closed the editor and session. Upon attempting to open this new session offline again, it crashed once again.

In short, I am unable to open any session using my packages. The packages all work fine in 1.13... aside from the fact that I have to recheck them as enabled every time I open the session.

Back to 1.13 for me, for now Crying or Very sad

Send me the sessions.db file, along with the *.pkg file that you are trying to open that is causing the crash and I'll take a look at it. Send them to support@zuggsoft.com and include your description above in the email message.

makena, you'll need to give me the exact steps you are using to reproduce this problem. I'm not able to reproduce any problem with the list of enabled packages not saving in v1.15. Have you tried deleting your CMUD files and reinstalling a clean version? It's possible that one of your package files is corrupted from the bad memory bugs from v1.13.

From Clean install.

Yes, I accept the agreement.

New Session
Title:Test
host: testmud.com Port:5000

Save and close

Open new session "Test" offline.

Click Settings Button

File, New Package
Name: testpackage

Select"testpackage" so the "list of package enabled for this module:" displays.
(at this point "testpackage" only has a check in the box, and its greyed out)

Check the box for "Test", the session package, created earlier.
Save Changes.

Close the settings editor.

Close CMUD.

Reopen CMUD.

Open the session once again, offline.

Open the settings editor.

Select"testpackage" so the "list of package enabled for this module:" displays.
Once again, only "testpackage" is enabled.

Please take a look

OK, that's wierd...that's the exact same steps that I used last week when I thought I fixed this bug. But I reproduced it again and it seems to be back again. Sigh...added to the bug list (again). Thanks for giving me the clear description of your steps.
