[1.13] Package wont save which packages are enabled for it

This has been happening for a few versions.

Create a new session, "TestSession", save changes.

Connect Offline.

Open settings editor.

File, new package, "Testwhatever", Ok.

Enable the main package (TestSession, in this example), for the newly created package, in the "List of packages enabled for this module" box.
(hope that last step was clear)

Save changes, quit, restart CMUD, offline connect.

The list of packages enabled for the newly created package (Testwhatever, in this example), will have reset.

Hope that was clear.

I know packages are supposed to be independant.
As I wrote this up I wondered if *i* was trying to do something, in a way I shouldn't.

oh, and it doesn't matter if you add another package into the equation.
Only the main package, tied to the session, ever saves it list of enabled packages.

I've been experiencing the same problem. Every time I open the session I have to recheck "enabled" for all of the packages associated with the Session window settings - even the default pkg files like English dirs.

Did it to me, too, although to make things interesting, every now and then it would enable packages (on its own) that I had created for a whole other session.

Not sure what's causing this yet. I'm having trouble reproducing it. But it's on the bug list.
