[3.18 Alpha]BUG: #PCOL color %x1 colors entire line

As the subject says, #PCOL color %x# will color the entire line instead of just the captured part.

1. Go to untitled session.
2. Copy the trigger below and paste in Settings editor:
Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?>
<cmud>
  <trigger priority="60" copy="yes">
    <pattern>^Color (%w), but nothing else!</pattern>
    <value>#PCOL red %x1 </value>
  </trigger>
</cmud>

3. On command line, type #SAY {Color test, but nothing else!}

Only 'test' should be colored red.

Confirmed. Again, not sure how this is related to the stringlist/hash table changes. Something very weird is going on here.

Edited: Found it. I'm going to try and release a patch later tonight. There was a problem with a conditional compilation statement. Delphi has an issue with putting new routines between existing $IFDEF and $ENDIF statements sometimes. That's why it worked in my version but not in the release version. It effected several different commands. Thanks for reporting this.
