Why is Mustafar and Kashyyyk missing form the list of planets? Also would it be possable for you to make a PDF manual for zExplorer?

Probably because zExplorer hasn't been updated for SWG and doesn't include those expansions, sorry. And no, there isn't any printable manual, sorry again.
