no "upgrade" button??

ive downloaded and went to install the new 3.41. the "if you do nothing else, read this".. was quite specific.
I backed up my directory and installed the new version.
When it ran i had 3 options.. Buy, enter Key, and OK.
I've gone through the menus and I dont see an Upgrade anwhere.
Can someone help me upgrade this?
I still have a copy of my old reciept and can provide any information needed to prove i do own my copy.

I got it.. there is a file called reg-acx.exe, in the installation directory. Exicuting it brought up the "upgrader" program, which asked for my lic. key.. (it populated it automaticlly).. and poof, i was upgraded. Sweet.
