Well, copy the entire block of code, from the first #CLASS statement to the last #CLASS statements and past it to the command line (where you type)
after hitting enter, that's really it.
Of course, you may need to edit some of the trigger patterns to match the output of the game you are playing.

Glancing over it looks like you would want to make your own #alias ala the examplePath alias provided on the previous page.

I think it will be fine for you if you give it time.
This is a more complex script with multiple settings that is better suited for someone already familiar with the client.
I am more than willing to help you understand the individual settings better if you know what you want to happen.
...but I would suggest we start a new thread for it.
