mapper setup

Every time i try and use the mapper on my mud i can get it to work but if i go the wrong way and walk into a no exit and it says atlas you cant go that way it maps that room again in the direction i miss pressed. What am i doing wrong in the setup. Also when it does the auto setup the desc and room name are never the right color.

This belongs in the zMud General Discussion forum. I would suggestion reading the zMud help file, specifically the section on Configuring the Mapper, then posting any further questions to the correct forum.
