Sometimes, when I move a room, somethink like a " or a double ', written in grey, appears on the room square. Is it a bug?

It's really hard to tell from the image (kinda small) but it could be that the room is relinking on itself. You may also try switching to another zone and back since it may just be a slight hiccup with the graphics being updated.

Its possible the rooms have the "pause when speedwalking" box checked in the room properties
