Creating New Rooms

If I want to be able to create a new room down 1 level, manually using the keyboard as explained in the tutorials. How do i do this?

Using the Keypad creation mode that you are talking about, the '+' button on the keypad creates a room in the level below (down), and the '-' button on the keypad creates a room in the level above (up).
