Two reports of inability to submit posts

Two users, miracle and flamekrayt, have PMed me about being unable to submit posts. They click Submit and are taken to the Preview screen, and this happens every time they try. There's a known issue here regarding quoting posts, where you need to click submit after the preview comes up, but both these users are reporting that this happens repeatedly and also when replying in the normal fashion and when starting new topics. Just thought I'd pass along their problem.
Anyone else had anything like this happen? |

Those problems typically occur when the user doesn't have Cookies enabled properly in their web browser, or are behind some sort of firewall that is trying to obfuscate their IP addresses.
I've been working with miracle via email. He keeps getting autobanned by the site for some reason. I had thought it was because he was putting a URL in his first post. The only other reason I can think of is that his IP address matches an address that has been banned in the past. But I haven't heard back from him after I manually unbanned him the last time.
But I haven't made any changes on the web site related to this lately. |

Perhaps it's time to clean their browser cache?
