I had smth like that at Zmud:
#act {*} {
#if (%tick=27) {sleep}
#if (%tick=2) {stand;do_smth}
}

My mud's tick is 30 sec, so i used it to sleep before 3 sec to tick //#if (%tick=27) {sleep} ...
