Just wanted to post and let anybody interested know that a reinstall of zMUD fixed this issue. Would be nice to know if there is a simpler way to rebuild the System class, however.

Not sure if this sheds any light on anything, but all editing of a map in the mapper causes a slight hang, whether I am creating new rooms, deleting old ones, modying exits etc. |
