If varone and vartwo equal "0" then the output is...

kill rabbit 1 1

Code:
#if ((@varone = 0) or (@vartwo = 0)) {kill rabbit}


and

Code:
#if ((@varone = 1) and (@vartwo = 1)) {kill rabbit}


returns "kill rabbit 1 1 1"

OK, that's just really wierd. I don't even know how I could make the code do this on purpose if I wanted to.
