DEBUG
Syntax: #DEB message
Writes a message to the debugger window, or toggles whether debugging is enabled or not.
If the message argument is omitted, the debugger window is displayed. If message is present and is equal to 1, then the debugger is enabled. If equal to 0 then the debugger is disabled. If the message is equal to "-" then a separator bar is displayed in the debug window.
Note that messages are only displayed to the debugger window when it is enabled.
