If you are having trouble opening one of your sessions, then the save window/toolbar layout for the session might be corrupted.
To fix this, hold down the SHIFT key when you click on the "Open Session Offline" action. This will open your session without loading the saved window and toolbar layout.
If this works, simply arrange your windows the way you want them again and CMUD will automatically save a new window layout when you exit.
If you still have trouble, select the "Edit Session" option and go to the Files tab. Note the name of your primary Package File for the session. Now, close the Session window to get to the blank CMUD window. Open the Package Editor by clicking the Settings button in the toolbar, or pressing the Ctrl-G key. Select File/Open menu in the Package Editor and try to load the *.PKG file that you noted when you edited your session.
If your package loads within the Package Editor, you can now use the File/Export menu command to save an XML text file containing your scripts. Once you have exported the XML file, close CMUD and reopen it. Then use "Edit Session" and go to the Files tab again. Enter a new filename in the primary package file, then click the "Open Offline" action. This will open a new, blank session.
Once you have a blank session, open the Package Editor and then select the File/Import command and open the XML file that you saved above. This should load your settings into your new session. |
