Using the Edit Session action allows you to modify the properties of the selected session icon.
These properties are not related to the scripts or preferences stored in your session package file. The session Properties are stored in a separate database from your scripts, and contains information such as the hostname, port, character name, and password for your MUD character.
This allows you to share your scripts for a specific MUD, without sharing your personal information, such as your MUD character name and password.
Tabs along the top of the edit window allow you to select the category of properties to edit:
- Session
- Contains the general session properties, such as the Title, Hostname, Port, and custom display icon.
- Character
- Contains the Name and Password for your MUD character
- Files
- Contains the list of *.PKG package files to be loaded for this session
- Notes
- Allows you to edit the notes displayed for this session icon when you select it in the main session screen.
