nextdir

Syntax: %nextdir

Returns the next direction to be sent when speedwalking. Useful when you use #PAUSE to pause a slow walk and need to know which direction will be sent by the next #STEP command. If you are in the middle of a speedwalk using the mapper, the next direction in the queue is returned.
