zmud protocols

anyone know how to change the telnet protocol in chatrooms?
looking to change it from telnet to ichat.
very handy for rooms that don't support mud.

You can't, zMUD is a telnet client.

You can turn off telnet-protocol though, and ANSI and vt102 etc.
(Preferences, General, Emulation)
If you want to use one that zMUD doesn't know, turn them all off and write a plugin for the new one :)
