Troublemakers

Is there a way of preventing troublemakers from setting off triggers on purpose at inappropriate times. e.g someone saying, emoting or telling me over and over "you are hungry" to make me eat all the food I have etc.

Include ^ and $ to tell zMUD where it should find the beggining and ending of the line you want to match.
