Sending Triggers/Aliases etc.

Is there a way of sending all my triggers and aliases to my friend so they can just install them all in one go and not have to type them all in?

Click on Settings|Export..., select all the options there and click on OK. Send the text file to your friend and have your friend click on Settings|Import|Script (ASCII) and select the file you sent.
