Need help with trigger.... Badly..

Okay.. This may sound a bit small but.. I cant seem to get it to work.
I am trying to make a script that will get me to do the following:
1.Preform first aid on self.
If not hurt, enter. go west attack the shop keeper and wait 10 seconds... go east and south. then first aid again.
If preformed correctly, keep doing to not hurt.
If im too drugged up... Keep doing it.
If my medkit runs out, ep;es;10;first(aliases)
The mud does have a time thingy between commands, so i cant just spam things.
Heres what i have...
The trigger comes first, then the value.
You preform first aid on Athan.

Now, when i do this.. i end up getting all the commands spammed in little groups of 3 firsts, so then when i try to ep, es, etc. i just get told to wait by the mud because of the time limit 'tween commands.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
