e-License

I for one am sick of hearing about how horrible e-license is... I'm a developer, network tech, and inveterate tinkerer and I'm ALWAYS monkeying around with my system, I've reinstalled Windows on my machine no less than 12 times in the past year, and have had to contact Microsoft 4 times about problems with either installing, or with their copy protection.

zMud, on the other hand, I've installed EVERY beta version that Zugg has put out, and had a total of 1 problem with e-license. I e-mailed them that night, and the next morning when I woke up, lo and behold, I had an e-mail back from them, and the problem was solved. I've also lost my zMud registration twice, and both times Chiara got back with me in less than a day with my registration code.

Let's see what other experience I can offer as a comparison... A company I did some networking for had problems with a router conflicting with a new server, and I sent an e-mail to the router's tech support. A full WEEK later, I get the following response:

quote:

Thank you for contacting (company name deleted) Tech Support!

i the ther setve connected to the internet?

I think Zugg and Chiara are doing an INCREDIBLE job, and the support for both zMud and e-license has been nothing less than SUPERB.

My day job is as a Tech Support person, and I KNOW how hard it can be.

Keep up the great work Zuggsoft!
