Downloading 6.40 LOST my e-License

I just got on ZMUD today and a pop-up offered me the new 6.40 version upgrade from my 6.39 beta. I downloaded it but now it wants to do my license check. Before, this order number would be plugged in, and all I had to do is hit License, since I am a licensed user.
It prompts me for the order number.. I don't know what it is nor where it is located. This is a bug from your download I think. Now I can't get into my former Zmud at all, because it wants a license. I do not expect to by another license because upgrades are suppose to be free--correct?
What can I do now? Where is this Order Number suppose to be? Please hurry with a fix as I can't get into ZMud without it.

Okay.. I found my order number from the e-License Control Panel. I entered it into the box and pressed License. I got a -501 error message back that says they can't find it in their database. I've check the order number and it is correct.
I've even tried to do that "offline license registration" and am getting nowhere fast.
What now?

Oops... the S in my order number sure looks like a 5 in some fonts. Got my license approved for 6.40.
