1)Make a trigger
2)use #PLAY (short sounds, usually .WAV files) or #MEDIA (for longer, background types of sound files)

I do have sound i'm using the #beep with a .wav file there instead. The thing is i want to use more than one sound and i'm not sure on the rest of the syntax for #play.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think you can't use paths to specify the .wav. I think you have to put the .wav in your zMud directory.
Good luck!

Straight from the help file, for the help file impaired:
PLAY
Syntax: #PL filename
Related: #MEDIA
Plays the specified multimedia file. The file type is determined from the file extension of the filename. Tested formats are WAV, MID, AVI. If filename refers to a drive (as in D:), the drive is assumed to point to a CDROM with a musical CD in it.
Note that zMUD does not pause while the media is playing. Also, only one media can be playing at any given time.
PLAY examples
#PLAY start.wav
play the startup wav audio file
#PLAY D:
start playing the CD on drive D:
sound=ouch.wav
#TRIGGER {hits you} {#PLAY @sound}
plays the file ouch.wav whenever you are hit. There are real possibilities here! |

You have to keep in mind that zMud uses space as a seperator for command parameters. If your path has spaces in it you should enclose the whole thing in braces to tell zMud that it is all 1 parameter.
Example:
#PLAY {C:WindowsMedia Filesstartup.wav} |
