Recover from corrupted settings file

After a recent lock up I got the message that the settings file was corrupt. Was able to recover most all triggers, alias, map etc. from backup_bak_mud file. However, autologin, find location on mud and doors no longer work. I'm sure these are basic stuff, but has me baffled. Any help appreciated. Post or e-mail. tia

Try a clean re-install of zMUD (after backing up your settings file, of course).
