Large buttons

Buttons..buttons...how can I put this.

I have my main screen separated into 2 windows, the buttom 1/4 or 1/5 is my capture window from the mud, clan tells, gossips, tells, etc. and the bottom half is the actual mud happenings.

I want to make buttons not in the main window (the bottom one) nor in the top window, but just over all of them...like where the "chars" "settings "classes"..etc. buttons are... Is this possible? Also, is there anyway to get rid of the "chars" "settings" buttons, just for more room in the limited resolution of my monitor.

Thanks.

As far as the Chars... toolbar, you can right-click it and choose "Text" to have each button just say it's name ("Chars", "Settings", ...), "Icons" to have each button just display it's icon (*little running green guy*, *document with check*,), "Both" to have both displayed (the default selection, undoubtedly what you have now), or uncheck "Visible" to have it disappear altogether (sounds like what you were trying to do, anyhow).

If you uncheck "Visible", to get it back later when you want it, go "View > Preferences > General..." and select the "Main Toolbar".

If you feel brave, you can also right-click the toolbar and select "Customize" to mess around with the buttons themselves. Be careful, though. You might want to save them in another class and disable that class, just in case. From here you can also add new buttons that will output to whichever window (main output, capture, whichever...) you currently have selected.

Edit: Changed "dick" to "mess". I'm sorry, I'm a naughty boy.

Thanks again.
