Trouble with lans
 
Hey. I go to the univeristy of iowa and we have a sorta lan internet connection. I believe we have T1 speeds or close to it. Often zmud with lag when I send it a command. Is this a server problem or is it a thing with zmud? im currently using zmud 3.67a BETA. I was gonna put this in the beta form but it wouldnt let me access it

Ok, Click 'Forums' at the top of the screen to go to the 'All Forums' page. Look down till you see the description for the Beta forum, inside that description is a link for 'Application Form' Click it.

As for the lag, it's most likely your network, not zMud... University LAN's are pretty well know for having tons of people downloading MP3's, or pirated software, or whatever it is that all the students are currently doing.

Try connecting to the mud in Telnet, and see if you still have the Lag.
