ACX wont start...

Hello,
I upgraded to The latest version of acx and now when i try and run it the cursor changes like it is going to load and then just go's back to a normal cursor...and the program don't start...
I uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same thing...
I also for the heck of it installed zExplorer and the same thing...?
Any ideas?

i think i may have a problem with elicense,
in my control pannel under elicense ACX is not there...
Also i did find my orignal order reciept and registration number, now how do i get elicense running to register? or do i have other problems?
My system is AMD 1900XP
512 meg ram

If your elicense control panel is missing, then the elicense system is probably corrupted. Email elicense directly at support@elicense.com and they can send you a diagnostic program to rebuild the elicense database on your system.
