As with any problem, this may have multiple causes but most likely only has one.
Close the mapper if you are using it. If the problem goes away, then it's being caused by the mapper, so look through your mapper settings.
If it hasn't gone away, go through your settings and see which ones have a Value that includes "open north". Eliminate them one-by-one until the problem goes away. The last setting eliminated is the problem. Then restore all but the last one, again one at a time. If the problem reappears when any setting is restored, that setting should also be eliminated.
Finally, reopen the mapper if you were using it. Once again, if the problem reappears it's a mapper problem and you should then go through your mapper settings.
