Everytime I portal, tracking stops

It's driving me nutso! :) I'm running ACX on my laptop and ACX server on my desktop. For some reason whenever I go through a portal, ACX stops updating my tracking arrow. If I click on different tabs, it will update each time I click, but in order to get it working properly again I have to quit ACX and start again. Am I doing something wrong?
Also I have 1.29 ACXS and 3.33 ACX.

That means your ACX Server isn't calibrated correctly. Try recalibrating ACX Server.

I've updated everything, made sure my acx is properly calibrated, made sure no firewalls are happening, dinked with security settings, all to no avail :( It appears to be something about the way my desktop reacts with my laptop.
Results:
Work desktop with another work desktop: everything is fine
Work desktop with laptop: after portal, no more tracking
Home desktop with laptop: same result.
I know it is a long shot, but any other ideas about what could be going on?

Are you running Decal or any other 3rd party software? All I know is that it's working fine on my systems here (using a laptop to track my game running on the desktop) and nobody else is reporting any problems.
