I assume you mean error -10. Here's what Zugg's eLicense FAQ says:
quote:
I am getting a "Code -10" error
This means you are behind a proxy server or firewall and have not entered the correct information into eLicense. Click the Proxy button and enter the host name and port of your proxy server. eLicense uses HTTPS to communicate with the remote registration server. If you don't know your proxy information, contact your Network Administrator.

The last sentence is probably your answer.

Another try: On your desktop shortcut for IE, right click and go into Properties. On a 'Connections' tab, there will be options for proxy information.

This only applies to some kinds of proxies. More complicated arrangements will probably require a question to the admin.

Can you tell us anything about your general computer/network setup?

In that case I would say it is a firewall problem; because if you were running proxy software on your system you would know, and your setup does not require Internet Connection Sharing which is MS's fancy way of saying proxy.

Those being the case please tell us about the firewall you run if you can't find the errant setting in it.
