Manual mapper settings. |
I play on a LP mud called Dune (as metioned earlier...), I'm trying to setup the automapper, which I never done before.
Since there's alot of "directions" in the room descriptions I would like to have zmud grab the directions from my prompt.
Below I've included two typical rooms, and my prompt. One of the problems I have (with parsing the room desc) is that the rooms doens't have names, how should I tell zmud when the desc. starts?
I know about the #tag thing, but i can't get it do grab the exits...
Another things, is it possible to trigger different of different colorcodes received from a mud?
I want to make a statistics script on how I hit and get hit, and when in brief mode there's only one hit messge
That comes in different colors depending on how hard you hit.
You hit Soldier.
You hit Soldier.
etc.

This is the astroport on Chapterhouse planet. The Bene Gesserits
and their army, the Bene Gesserit Warriors, use this planet as a
central headquarters, and military base. The air is clean, but the
normal dampness to the air is lacking. The growing desert in the
Southern regions of the planet--wherein the Gesserits are attempting
to start a sandworm and trout population--is the culprit. There is a
display board, with directions to the various points of the planet,
next to you. Additionally, there is a display terminal on the outskirts.
Four obvious exits: east, west, south and north.
An automatic bank teller machine.
From here, you can enter the Bene Gesserit Warrior guild
complex. You can return to the Chapterhouse Astroport by
going east. Around you, the faint calling of birds stimulates
your ears to listen ever more hard. The ground you are trodding
is made of packed dirt; the same soil that brought this planet
prosperity millenia ago, when it was first settled.
Two obvious exits: east and enter.
