In the help files it says you cannot use the number pad to scroll up or down on the command line, yet it will let me do that. Is there a way to toggle this because every now and then it will be used for that then another day it is used as a directional pad, thanks in advanced :-)

Assuming you have the default setup, the number pad will function as a directional pad with Numlock on and will work like the arrow keys with Numlock off.
