What do you mean by one class of commands? One type of setting (#TRIGGER, #ALIAS, etc.) or the contents of one class folder?

Anyway, you can export your settings by clicking on Settings|Export... and selecting which settings you want to export. You can also select a class folder or some particular settings you want to export and click File|Export text... while in the Settings Editor.

Simply open the settings editor, find the trigger you want to share, highlight it by clicking on the gun symbol to its left, then click file, export text. Give it a name and save it somewhere easy to find (like your desktop). Then, just email it to your friend, have them open the settings editor, and click File, import text, and select the text file you emailed them.
