Importing troubles |
I think I'm going to go insane. I can NOT manage to get all my old .mud files imported. I have all the old .MUD files for this ONE mud that i use to play and would like to reload them. They were made and used under the exact same version of zMUD that I currently have, 6.16.
I have tried to import and save the MUD files into each of my windows, but no success. Can anyone help me? I have my main .MUD file which I can get to save, but I have 4 other windows that each have their own .mud file. Does anyone know how to succesfully import the .MUD per window into zMUD so that I will have no troubles?
Thanks,

In the character selection screen, select your character and click on edit. Go into the Files tab and edit the Primary box to point to your .MUD file. Also, set the SubFolder box to the appropiate value.
Now, for the settings of each of your other windows, make sure that the windows have the name of the settings file. For example, if you have a settings file called tells.mud, then you need to create a window called "tells". This settings file should be in your zMUDSubDirectory folder, where SubDirectory is what you set this value above.
