error when trying to start zmud

if anyone out there can help me with this problem i would greatly appreciate it. when i try to start zmud i keep getting an error screen "sorry,could not get a license at this time please try running program later."

i have emailed license support with no response and to be honest im going through withdrawls from my favorite mud. if anyone has run accross this and knows how to fix it please reply to forum or email me at dboslm@earthlink.net

E-license normally gets back to people within about two days, if they haven't gotten back with you, try e-mailing them again. They have some sort of a fix for this problem.
