Auto Creation of rooms problem

I am trying create maps in zMapper by walking around in zMud...just like the zMud standard mapper does. I have zMapper as a plugin on zMud and it's loaded. I also turned on Keyboard Creation but still, nothing happens. When I walk in zMud, zMapper does nothing. Am I missing something?

Are you in Map mode? Is the map unlocked? Have you configured the mapper for your MUD already?
