colouring rooms when mapping

Forest
The smell of damp leaves and wet grass surround you as you make your way
through the forest. The tall conifers dwarf even the largest giants, looming
over you like some sentries of the vast wilderness that envelopes you. The
moist and fertile ground gives way to your every step, and the birds chirp
their calls in a setting that gives you the impression these woods have lasted
before any sentient being crushed its foliage underfoot.
The sun shines brightly in the western sky. A few scattered clouds dot the
sky. It is very brightly lit here.
Obvious exits are: east, north, northeast, northwest, south, southeast,
southwest, up, and west.

Is there a way to make the zmud mapper automatically set the room colour to green when I hit a room called forest?

and is there a way to set it red when it sees in the description "A Player-Owned"?

Yes you can. If you search the forums you will find a number of methods for doing that. The hard part about doing it currently is that your script has no idea when the room is actually created. The next public version will solve that though.
