2 serious problems

I just purchased and registered zMapper and am having 2 problems:

1st:
how do I install zMapper as a zMud plugin?
tried the Plugin - Install Plugin menu, then Install, browse to the zMapper dir, select the zMapper.exe file, and I get the msg: zMapper.exe is not a valid plugin

2nd:
can't open ANY database without getting an access violation, not even the sample databases included with zMapper.

Help

well, my mistake... a reboot was necessary
altough the setup program only told me that on the 3rd install !?!

After rebooting, I can open the maps in zMapper and load the zMapper plugin in zMud, ...

BUT, why does the mapper in zMud show no difference at all from the one included in zMud ?? None of the special zMapper features are available when in zMud !!
Am I doing something wrong?

When you load the zMapper plugin you are not loading zMapper into zMUD. What happens is that zMUD stops using its own map display componenent and uses zMapper's. So what you end upw ith is basically zMApper's map display component enclosed in zMUD's mapper window.

You will see some differences, although they are small. For example, if you right-click on a room using zMUD's mapper, you do not have the same options as if you right-click while using the zMapper plugin.
