Item Database Program

Anyone know if there is a slightly customizable database program.
I want to export my item database to a prog and make it available for download.
however, my programming skills are sub-par |

How about cycling through all the items in your item database and write'ing it to a CSV file or similar format for easy importing by another user or program?
