Take a look at the hexmap that comes in the Sample directory. You can open up the hex room type and select the hexagon, then copy it to the clipboard, then go to your map and use Paste. Yes, it's a bit tricky, but if you copy what is done in the hexmap tutorial, then you should be fine.
I'll eventually do a library of various shapes, but haven't had time yet.
