Newbie Question

I've just installed both zMUD6.34 and zMapper1.10a. When I open a map in zMUD it uses its own mapper rather than the zMapper. Is this correct? Is there no way to use the features in zMapper, such as text labels etc from within zMUD?

Go to the plug-in options and load the zmapper plugin. This will allow zmapper to be used within zmud

However, you should know that this does not allow to use zMapper feautures from withing zMUD, it just lets you see maps using the display object of zMapper which allows for displaying zMapper enhanced maps. This means that you still have to open zMapper to do stuff like create a new shape object, add a background bitmap, etc. An exception to this is that loading zMapper as a plugin will also add many functions that will allow you to interact with the map by doing stuff like moving rooms around, creating new rooms, creating new links, creating new labels and some other things.

Feel stoopid now. Found the answer to this very question on one of the other boards. Thanks anyway for the help though.
