Creating an Alarm with an ID

How do I create an Alarm with an ID?
According to the Help File
Syntax: #ALA [id] pattern [commands] [class] [options]
Example of problem
#alarm [AlarmTest] {+10} {#SH Test}
The alarm created has a pattern of "AlarmTest" a value of "+10" in Class Test |
