Zmapper (Prepaid) |
I thought that when the zmapper was to come out that those of use who purchased it pre-released would get notified. I was not notified and did not recieve a registration code. Please email me at loki@endlessdreams.org

Generally, situations like this require some kind of personal information so that Zugg, Chiara, or a possible other trusted source can search their records. Perhaps you should instead send an email to Zugg@zuggsoft.com or some other specified official address?

Well, personally, I received the registration code right after paying for the program. I did not receive the notification that zMapper was available, but you can't hold agaisnt Zugg, he has an already busy enough life as it is. Anyway, like Matt said, if you did not receive your reg code, try e-mailing support@zuggsoft.com from the e-mail address you used to register and provide some information they could use to look up your purchase.

I was not holding anything against anybody. As far as trying to email someone, ever time I try that I don't get a response for atleast a week. Thank you for the replies thought at least I know that I was not the only one:)

Yes, I know you didn't hold that agaisnt him, I was just explaining why maybe the e-mail didn't ome out. On the e-mail issue, just keep trying, sometimes you may catch them when they are away from the house for some reason or another, but normally their response time is short. Also, be sure to send your e-mail in plain text and with no attachments (unless necesarry, which sould then be in a zip file) since Zugg had some problems with a spam filter he put on that was dropping valid e-mails.
