more on colors

what is the command to turn a color to bold?
like turn it from a dull red to a bright red.
ive tried bred, bold red, boldred & B_red
none work
eg: #CW (bold) red.

I primarily use the number for it:

Bright red:
#CO 12

White on red:
#CO 71

There is a function for it in the help files
somewhere although testing #CO <number> in the
command line is just as fast.

If you want to do it with words, you do:
#CW red,bold

Note that there is not space between the comma and the "bold".
