#TRIGGER {Trigger on this} {#BEEP}
#BU untrig {UntrigIt} {#UNTRIGGER {Trigger on this};#UNBU untrig}

Or you looking as per other message for something driven
by an #ALA or #TS?

#VAR someVar 1
#WHILE (@someVar) {#BEEP}

When you want to stop beeping you have two choices:
#ABORT 1 (only use this one if you type it in the command line)

or:
#VAR someVar 0
